Spa Policy

A major credit card will be necessary to secure appointments for new clients and packages. We will not charge for cancellations up to 24 hours prior to the apppointment.  However, we do reserve the right to charge in full for no-show appointments and same day cancellations. We may also require a deposit for lengthy appointments. Massages and Body treatments require a deposit of 1/2 the price to schedule the appointment. No refunds on any services or products are offered; only store credit.

Gift Certificate Policy

Gift Certificates are valid one year after date written on gift certificate. We will need the certificates number and name when the appointment is scheduled. If a client with a gift certificate is a no show or same day cancellation, we reserve the right to cancel the certificate. No refunds

Spa Party Policy

We require 50% down payment when party is scheduled. Any changes in party packages need to be completed 1 week prior to the scheduled date and the party total must be paid in full. Gift Certificates will not be honored at Spa Parties.
